ABOUT US AT
Our Story
RHYTHM debuted in September 2023 under owner Tommy Gray's passionate leadership. Originally from Kansas City, Tommy graduated from college in New Orleans before relocating to Miami, where he became a high school history teacher. Tommy then decided to move to Dubai to work as an international flight attendant for six years. While traveling to over 80 countries, Tommy visited countless fitness studios around the world. He brings this international perspective to his outlook on life, his classes & his vision for RHYTHM. After working in the Kansas City fitness industry with success, he decided to open his own fitness studio to bring a welcoming, inclusive, motivating, fun, boutique fitness experience to Kansas City.
